The intention of the guide-course content is to meet you where you are now, and to provide timeless guidance in discovering, unpacking and journeying to where you’d like to go. I have put the topics in an order that I feel, personally, is most conducive to building the entire picture. However, you are welcome to jump around and determine your own order of going through the topics. I only recommend going through all of Part 1: Where We Are, before delving into Part 2: Where We’re Going. But within the individual parts of the guide-course, walk to the beat of your own drum.

The guide's content is in the format of a written presentation. There are a few images scattered throughout, but the focus of the content is the written information.  The information is intended to be practically sensible and applicable, rather merely visually stimulating.
